If you're not satisfied with Focal Finance Pro within 14 days of your purchase, we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked.

What's Eligible for Refund

The following subscription types are eligible for a refund within the 14-day window:

  • Monthly Pro: Full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase
  • Yearly Pro: Full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase
  • Lifetime Pro: Full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email us with your account details:

Include the following in your email:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund (optional, but helps us improve)

Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 24-48 hours. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

After the 14-Day Window

Refunds requested after the 14-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may offer partial refunds or account credits depending on the circumstances. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. For monthly and yearly plans, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. Lifetime purchases do not require cancellation as they are one-time payments.
